The Silver Bay Parks & Rec Dept. has a Skate Park located beside the tennis courts. Please view Skate Park rules here-Skate Park Rules.

Rukavina Arena

Frank Rukavina Arena -
The Rukavina Arena house the office of the Silver Bay Parks & Recreation Department and is also the home of the Silver Bay Mariners Boys and Girls High School Hockey Teams - Arena Schedule

Silver Bay Tennis Program -
Silver Bay is home to three lit, high-quality, well-maintained tennis courts. The tennis programs in Silver Bay include the adult Tennis League Monday nights and affordable public tennis lessons. These tennis courts are freely accessible and open to the public at no charge.

Softball Field

Softball & Baseball -
Silver Bay has active softball and baseball programs including a summer league and several tournaments. The largest and most well-known of these tournaments is the Rocky Taconite Invitational Softball Tournament. All of the games are played on several well-maintained fields.

Parks -
The Silver Bay Parks & Rec program maintains several parks. The most picturesque of these is Bayside Park. Bayside features new Marina facilities, a boat landing, picnic tables, fire pits, a scenic vista, and a beach, all located on the shore of Lake Superior.

Horseshoes- Our Parks & Rec program has set up a horseshoe court free for the public to use and is located next to Rukavina Arena.
